Usually it would be listed on the medal if it were made of real gold. So I assume she’s not more of real gold. But you could easily find out about the weight and dimensions.

I haven’t seen the medal yet. Looks beautiful.

sometimes the punches are also on the coin edge .. so look exactly there.

A coin has a special value. It’s more like a medal, but it can also be for a parking place where you get to leave a terrain. Something like that.
