I'm not that advanced yet, so if they are easy to read for beginners too, that would be great.

If it is to be up to date, “Revista de la Prensa” ( Carl Ed. Schünemann KG- Verlag) is perfect. This is also a super price (onely 3€, in the subscription even cheaper). These are original texts with vocabulary aids and sometimes comments, for example in politics or things that are important for understanding. However, the level is already B2/C1.
