Define cheap.

Just go to Geizhals and Co, add the components and take one of the cheapest.

Define cheap and give examples of what you want to shock. Minesweeper goes on everything, but a graphically hard action shooter does not.

If you have added the system requirements for your games, go to a PC store and put a system together. Since the graphics card already costs 200€, it will be a bit short with your 500, especially in the laptop.
