If you have a blender, mortar or guarantor, Pesto is easy to produce.

As a base you take chopped herbs:

  • Basil (classical)
  • parsley
  • Wild herbs
  • Carrots
  • dried tomatoes
  • rocket

Nuts, suitable for:

  • Pine nuts (classical)
  • Walnuts

Other ingredients:

  • Garlic clove(s)
  • Parmesan or pecorino
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

finely chop the herbs, add olive oil and garlic to the mixers or mortars, and chop (not too long), add nuts and cheese and mix again, season with salt and pepper. Ready!

You can fill the pesto in a glass, some oil on top, well sealed in the refrigerator. There it holds about 1 month.

I’ll take pine nuts, they’re cheaper and taste better. In addition, an anchovy fillet but no cheese. It only comes when used.

That’s right. That’s why I usually use walnuts. Taste very well.

I really can’t cook. Or at least not good. But yes, I really feel that way. For Gordon Ramsay, I wouldn’t be an idiot sandwich. I always take Barilla’s.

If I use Pesto, then the cheap, is just as good as Barilla, just not as overpriced.

Pesto is sometimes practical, you have less work. If I cook properly, it’s more like a goulash or a cheese parrot, or something. Or just experimentally, something delicious comes out. Suddenly, I usually forget the recipe. 😄

Gulasch tastes different from time to time, but every time good. But that doesn’t matter; on the contrary, it makes for a change.

Even if I have noodles in the pot only two times a year, they succeed.

I’ll do Pesto myself. I don’t buy industrial pamp.

I am Team Potato 😄

The self-made pesto also tastes great.

Nope. Especially since there is better pesto to buy.

Industrial Pesto is not a pesto.

You can repair holes of a green wallpaper. Too much more, the stuff is not suitable.
