Hi.

I got it. 💀👍

Pasta means several types of noodles and is Italian, e.g.: band noodles.

Spaghetti means only the long, thin noodles.

Noodles are the German term or something?

Pasta is the Italian preamble for all pasta varieties, I would see noodles as a German equivalent. Spaghetti are a noodle.

Pasta refers in Italian to a variety of pasta, pasta is a subcategory thereof and spaghetti in turn a subcategory of pasta.

Spagetti are noodles in longer thin form, noodles can have all shapes but if you think about noodles you think about the typical noodles and pasta is actually everything so spaghetti, noodles….
