I'm fed up with my job. Should I quit now or just before summer?

Hello, I'm not enjoying my job anymore. I work in a call center where it feels like hell every day, and I can't stand the voices anymore. (I'm still doing my job as well as I can.)

In any case, I need a short break and plan to quit.

Should I do this now with the termination or should I carry out my plan?

My plan is to resign shortly before summer so I can receive unemployment benefits (ALG 1). Since I've worked for over a year, I'll receive 70% of my last net salary for three months.

And enjoy the summer with lots of swimming in the outdoor pool, meeting friends, having barbecues and having lovely evenings without stress and money worries.

Artificial and unemployed is anything but smart. You always look for a new job beforehand.

Don’t let you quit by exhortations, please go to the family doctor and let you give an attest due to unreasonable working conditions He will understand that when He sees that you can no longer:

where every day the hell is gone, and I can gradually not stand the vote. (Although my job is as good as possible)

So I got my unemployment benefit right away.

Without a new job just as meaningless and stupid. Apparently you still live with your parents if you want to enjoy so much free time or have no big expenses?

In the Sommedr – quit and take 2 weeks of rest leave as soon as you have found a new place and start there after 2 weeks of rest. Everything else makes no sense.

good idea… that would definitely be a reason for a medical prescription…

Find new job and quit.

If you are referring to ALG, you must be available to the labour market.

So first to ask if you can quit, you’d be in a very bad position. If the boss says no, what do you want to do?

If you violate your contract or deliberately make mistakes, the termination itself is indebted and you are in danger of getting a lock at the employment office.

Then you go to the doctor and keep getting sick, it goes out to the same.

I’d do it like that, find yourself something new. And as soon as you have the safe, you make a date. Then you quit, make rest holiday and then start freshly recovered in the new job.

I do not advise you to go into unemployment now if it can be avoided.

Let’s be honest, two weeks are a lot of time to fuel. If you go to the long-term break and get out of the world of work for months, it’ll be much more difficult to find it back in.

Now you have the chance to negotiate better working conditions and better salary.

Use your chance NOW! Find something new and get happy. If you are happy in your job, vacation will be much more happy than if you sit on vacation with the thought, I have to find work. :

“My plan is best to let me quit just before summer so I can get ALG 1.”

It won’t go. A AG does not announce you without compelling reason, otherwise he risks landing at the labour court.

“As I worked over 1 year, I get 70% of the last net wage for 3 months.”

It is 60%, 67% with child and not the last net wage, but the average of the last 12 monthly wages.

“if not by exhortations”

Targeted terminations also lead to a three-month lock.

Conclusion: much ahead, little idea.

Not until you get a new job.

There is an important option here:

🏮not even quit.
