No ability to accept criticism?
Why are you immediately fired in some companies if you say a critical word?
A friend was working as a student assistant at a company. She expressed dissatisfaction with the unreliability.
The next day I received a short text message saying that she was no longer providing services and a few days later the cancellation.
You can’t answer that on a flat-rate basis, because there are always 2 pages. The one who is criticized and the one who is criticized. That’s what everybody’s doing differently. Some can’t handle criticism, but others like to understand each other in the tone when criticizing. What was the case with your girlfriend now, I don’t know, in general, I would always consider, as a remedy, exactly whether and how I am bringing criticism.
Hello Lumaya97682👋🏻
It’s nothing else in people who try to defend themselves, others are just a company.
Criticism is still too fond of being confused with an attack today, in which it is basically an observation from the outside with the background that the other person changes, learns something that is different in the future, that one already learns at school, not looking at the ground, but looking at people. It’s a nice hint how a person can improve.
Depriving criticism is bullying because it does not contain any improvement or comment, it is only to injure and highlight the mistakes of another, you cannot even see me in the eyes when it comes to something, no wonder that you are a loser. There is nothing constructive in it it is simply personal, humiliating and aggressive.
Companies are in part worse positioned than people, because one has to contain, comes one, come several who practice criticism and a variety of people who are supposed to practice criticism that companies do not want to have.
At Tönnies, too. If a worker had “stress” he was deported immediately (to Romania or so). And that only because he demanded his right.
There is a wide field between appropriate criticism and stress.
You can see what fear companies have about “criticism” and what they are ready to do to suffocate it as quickly as possible.
There was also a minimum wage. Tönnies was so “clever” not to hire the Romanian workers directly with the company, but about any sub-subcontractors who rarely adhered to German standards and any dubious works contracts.
It wouldn’t surprise me if this operation was called Amazon. With such US companies, man does not count much, he has to do his work and subordinate himself to the strict hierarchy. Whoever criticizes flies out even if this criticism is fully justified. The Amis have a completely different sense of law than German companies and have a right to work.
