Didn’t receive a certificate from your health insurance company?

Hello,

Today I had a conversation with the gynecologist who is performing the procedure.

It's supposed to start next Tuesday, but I still don't have confirmation from my health insurance company that they'll cover the costs, even though I submitted the application for an abortion on May 27th. If I cancel or reschedule the appointment, I'll be charged €100. Money I don't have right now. Just like the €450 for the procedure. Unfortunately, my health insurance company is 60km away, and I don't have the means to get there.

What should I do now?

Ps: no one can help me on the phone either.

Send Evtl a friend to the KK asking. Monday, so it doesn’t have to be postponed.
