Hmm. don’t believe it’s rosemary.. rather estragon or Egyptian mint.If this is a cervical plant,you have to know how these cervical smells.On the other hand, I would ask someone who is planting himself.

Rosemary has needles – it could be Estragon, the little dragon. Little dragon, because Estragon is good for the comfort and digestion.
