No weight loss? Before your period?

Hello, I have been eating low carb for about 3 weeks and have gone from 70 to 66.

So now I'm 4-5 days away from my period, and I'm still paying attention to it and now nothing is happening on the scale, what could be the reason?

This is because of the water retention before ddd bleeding, the most normal in the world. I was thinking about it when I had a wrong perception of the body because of eating disorder and I didn’t understand how to suddenly look after 5kg more just before the period. In this case, water retentions are not too much water to lose in the entire process when bleeding begins. Actually, really intelligently thought of the body, this is really useful.

Your body has registered the “emergency” and shut down a gear. That’s normal. This can be done for a few weeks.

If you have reached a BMI 18.5 to 24.9, increase to 2,200 kcal again!

1. Weight loss is not a straight line. Variations are normal.

  1. Fluctuations before the period are very normal. 1-4kg can already be different.

Water retention is quite normal before the period.
