Kein Videoanruf über WhatsApp möglich?
Hallo, ich habe seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass ich über WhatsApp nicht mit Video telefonieren kann. Hatte jemand von euch das auch mal? Es kommt dann immer die Meldung ,,Der Anruf wurde beendet bevor dein Telefon eine Verbindung herstellen konnte‘‘, obwohl das Telefonat noch läuft. Ich habe auch schon alle anderen Apps geschlossen, Wlan überprüft, Bluetooth an und aus, usw, nichts hilft. Hat noch jemand Tipps oder soll ich mich einfach mal beim Kundenservice melden? Schonmal danke im Voraus.
