You don’t have to. Stop eating when a certain volume / quantity of calories has been reached.

This effect is known, among other things, from sweeteners from ‘diet products’ – the huge hollow hole in the stomach has to be stuffed again and again (which is often considered to the buyers).

Nice lucrative!

So there are also sugar variations such as e.g. B. maltodextrin (from malt and dextrose) which does not have to be mentioned as a ingredient if it serves only as a carrier substance. But what the consumer can see and judge is on the packaging: Not added sugar‘.

Maltodextrin changes the composition of intestinal bacteria. And it is known that the appetite is controlled from there.

It is worth looking at the ingredients accurately (and knowing about it!)

If the font has become nanosmall, that I can’t read anything without a magnifying glass, then – I have decided for myself – I don’t buy such products anymore, so long understanding becomes so difficult. It’s not a fault. Then I just drink water, which I take from the sources of my environment.

If you eat many carbohydrates (bread, potatoes, noodles, etc.), this leads to a rapid rise in blood sugar and then relatively quickly also to a strong drop that triggers hunger.

Try to dispense with simple carbohydrates (sugar, white flour) and eat more whole grain products. And especially vegetables and protein.

Not necessarily. Is it full grain flour? And not too much of it, dear vegetables. Google after low carb.

  • Drink more, water and tea without sugar
  • Eat with little calories, for example salad, bulgur, whole grain bread etc.

It is possible that you are fed when you eat more. You just have to find the right amount.

Of course not. What do you have to eat? It helps with hunger in between.

Maybe you eat too little. Crash diets are very unhealthy – especially in our current weather.
