Kein Internet in der Wohnung. Egal ob Router oder Handy. Was könnte es sein?

seit Mittwoch habe ich in meiner Wohnung kein oder sehr sehr langsames Internet. Es fing damit an, dass es kein Internet gab und jetzt ist es sehr sehr langsam.
Das merkwürdige ist, dass es sowohl WiFi als auch mobile Daten betrifft! Die Qualität zum Router sind volle Balken, aber die Internetqualität selbst ist beschissen.
Wenn ich mein Handy auf mobile Daten umstelle, dann sind alle Balken weg oder maximal 1 Balken. Daher betrifft es die Wohnung. Egal ob Wlan vom Router oder mobile Daten vom Handy. Außerhalb der Wohnung sind meine mobilen Daten auf dem Handy wunderbar da.
Wenn es nur das WLAN und den Router betreffen würde, würde ich sagen es liegt am Anbieter. Aber da es auch die mobilen Daten vom Handy betrifft, die unabhängig vom Router sind, kann es dies nicht sein.
Ich habe auf meinem Laptop, meinem Fernseher und meinem Handy in meiner Wohnung so gut wie kein Internet.
Was genau könnte die Ursache sein. Stört irgendetwas in der Nähe oder…..? Hat jemand ne Ahnung.

So Wi-Fi and LTE are a big difference.
Wi-Fi comes from the main router of your provider or even purchased router.
The router is in the apartment.

So if your internet is slow by WLAN, it can be different causes;

LTE comes from the LTE transmitter and is of course somewhere near you or even a few KM far away.
Here the thick walls will probably be the problem that it doesn’t come well in your house.
