Keilriemenscheibe für Bezinmotor?

Hallo

Well, you’re gonna have to pick them up so they can fit the shaft.

You need at least one drill stand, better a table drill.

Even with this, the bore is most likely not exactly, will say the diameter and the centering will deviate from the extent that the designer has provided and that one could reach on a lathe or milling machine with the professional equipment and the necessary knowledge.

So the disc inevitably gets a little iron, the motor vibrate a little more.

Just wonder how strong you can live with it. Both are hardly predictable.

From this you will also have to pull the groove for the fit spring.

Now ask yourself if the price difference is worth it.

What kind of mini belt is that? There are minimum disc diameters for all V-belts. If you don’t notice the train carriers in the inner because of the strong bending and then this can fly very quickly around your ears.

I would recommend you to take a V-belt disc with taper socket mount (the matching socket you have to buy separately), as you save the wedge for the groove, and is nothing mounted in zero coma. Unfortunately, there are not always all sizes, but you just have to ask. When you repurchase a standard disc, they are always without bore, or only pre-drilled. So you must definitely face the problem (except for the taper disc). If you would like to take this on you, I would recommend that you make it from a locksmith for a pair of Euros, that you can also bump the groove and then it fits at the end. (except of course you are owned by a lathe or know someone). And then, of course, don’t forget the feather, that should be a DIN 6885/1 that you need. :

How’s that supposed to work?

If your crankshaft has a diameter of 20 mm for belt pulley fitting, you will not get a belt pulley with a 19 mm fit hole on it.

Even in the case of a conical seat, this would not work reasonably because the disk would have a centered shape/force connection on the conical fit at most.

The shafts of the KW are usually conical. You need something special. Your pane must be turned out to be perfectly fit. The wedge is a maculature and serves only for holding or adjusting. He doesn’t take up any forces and he’d take off. The disc must be fixed to the rear collar and secured with a nut.

From experience I know that there are pulleys with holes with all conceivable diameters. Also used.

For example, I have bought such disks twice, only had to look at Ebay or Google.
