Hodentorsion nach OP?

Hallo, ich (m16) hatte gestern eine Hodentorsion und wurde operiert. Nun ist der Schmerz nach der OP zwar weg, aber bei jeder Berührung oder Bewegung mit dem Bein tut es höllisch weh… Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, das mein Hoden immer wieder groß und klein wird und es dann auch wehtut. So als wenn er pochen…

They are caused by long-lasting sexual excitation without subsequent sperm. In this case, the sperm strands and secondary hodes swell and press on the testicles.

The cavalier’s pain goes back after a few hours when the swelling has declined.

Easy, but harmless.

Medical treatment is generally not necessary. However, a sperm may reduce the duration of the pain somewhat.

Really? So if you have undermining pain it can radiate to the hoden

I can’t judge that. Itching is generally rather superficial, so on the skin.

That should have nothing to do with the testicles.

Sometimes testicle pain can also radiate from the abdomen to the testicles. However, this can only be judged by a doctor, for example an internist.
