Take a GPS tracker to the car, wait until it is parked in public space, then turn a parking claw. Then let you drag xD good, you don’t have keys yet. That’s all right.

This can happen during the holidays.
You can see fraud, go to the police.

Is the Mahnbescheid already in existence? Then you can apply for enforcement with the title.

You gave your car without getting money?

Do you know the buyers well?

and you’re only asking after two months, where the money stays?

Ask her about where she has turned. Request a copy of the account statement. After a maximum of 3 working days, the money must be on the account.

The Mahnbescheid will be served. You hear something.

And what did she say to you in the last two months? You have to get more than just an appointment.

Go ahead and ask directly for the money.

and

you transfer a vehicle without the purchase price being paid beforehand.

the vehicle is approved with all papers

you do not even have a purchase contract – and not even the address of the buyer

The police aren’t going to the machine with someone to see the money is transferred. The police aren’t here for that.

No, the police aren’t allowed to take the transfer.

But a lot of success is that you still get your money.

How, she kept it from the police that she’s turned over and then she’s done as if she’s turned over? What now?

Did you report to the police or not yet?

The police don’t even look there.

In the case of online transfers, the money is on top of the next working day.
