It is important that the cat is mainly fed with wet food and only little or no dry food. Cats mostly take liquid over food and not over drinking. Enough fluid is extremely important for the health of urinary tracts and kidneys! In age, cats get frequent kidney problems, which can lead to an earlier death.
The wet feed should have the highest possible proportion of meat and should not contain sugar or cereals.
Please find wet food with at least 70% meat, no sugar, no cereals.
There should be no substances inside that are unclear, you don’t know what’s in food.

Experience has shown that they do this rather seldom, and the encounter usually leads to hustles and blows to friendly handling. Cats in housing (which I consider to be very poor except in medically necessary individual cases) naturally requires a gamemate, so that they do not fall on their heads and develop behavioral disorders through boredom.
