Katze starrt trinkbrunnen an?
Seit einigen Wochen ist mir aufgefallen, dass mein Kater seinen Trinkbrunnen häufiger anstarrt. Er sitzt teilweise 30-60 direkt vor seinem Trinkbrunnen und starrt ins Wasser. Davon kann ihn auch nichts ablenken und er erschrickt sogar wenn ich ihn dann berühre, als wäre er tief in Gedanken versunken. Es liegt auch nicht daran das der Trinkbrunnen leer wäre. Ich glaube er mag vielleicht das Plätschert? Hat jemand andere Theorien? Ist er vielleicht Melancholisch?

Cats stare in the free nature for minutes towards mouse hole, or similar. You listen to the prey. They can be incredibly persistent and do not move. Thus, the behavior of your cat staring at her drinking fountain is a completely normal behavior.
There may be a crumb, a root, a deposit or a small fruit fly. The latter is often not immediately visible to us human beings, but apartment caskets that otherwise live quite attractively, a welcome opportunity for laurels.
That you’re wondering if your cat could be melancholic has a previous story, namely that it happened to her with other cats rather badly and also explains why you keep your cat in individual attitude.
