Lost your cat in your apartment?
We adopted a street cat from the animal shelter yesterday. The first day she just lay in the bathroom because we left her there with her box open so she would have a quiet place to go. But since this morning she has completely disappeared. She was a street cat and didn't have many, if not particularly good, experiences with people. I think that's normal, but after how long without seeing her should I be worried that she might have gotten stuck somewhere, for example. None of her food has disappeared either.

If hunger and thirst are great enough, it comes out. Then speak quietly with her Your voice becomes normal for them. But don’t push them.Don’t try to touch them. At the time, she doesn’t learn this from you. Then leave the feed bowl empty. She should learn that food comes from you, fill the bowl only in her presence.

Because we didn’t know your interiors, not the size of your apartment and also the animal, that would actually be like light. You can’t even speculate here.

Please consider: A cat should not eat anything longer than 24h and drink nothing. So please set up a eating and drinking area in every room of your apartment. It doesn’t matter if she eats too much, the main thing she eats and drinks.
