Feeding the cat, neighbors freaking out?
Hello.
We live in an apartment building with 6 units.
For the past two weeks, a cat has been coming to our front door every night and we feed it cat food that we put on a plate.
Now two parties in the house have complained to my father.
Who's right? We're allowed to feed the cat, so what does that matter to the other parties? Especially since they have children who leave their own mess behind.
The cat also always eats all of its food. What would you do?
