Käsekuchen Magerquark zu wenig fett?

Hallo hab einen Käsekuchen gebacken und der Quark hat zu wenig fett weil ich nix anderes da hatte hab den Kuchen gebacken und er schmeckt nicht kennt her eine Möglichkeit ihn noch genieße zu machen

During a holiday I had an interesting dessert that I have tried and varied a few times.

On the plate were 3 – 4 small cakes, poured over with a thick chocolate sauce. Something like this can be done with cake residues or with cakes that have not been able to serve the portion on the plate with a matching sauce. In addition to a Schokosauce, there would be a poppy sauce or a fruit sauce with raspberries or cherries…or whatever….
