Very little. Potatoes and peas have very few calories per 100g and this is a small bowl with a teaspoon.

If that’s 200g, it’s about 100-125kcal.

How did you measure the weight? With a normal scale?

You shouldn’t weigh your food. You have an eating disorder, I really hope that the date you have will help you.
