Kartoffeln zubereiten?
Hab für morgen schon mal Kartoffeln geschnitten, über nacht kommen die in den Kühlschrank.
Was kann ich zu den Kartoffeln geben damit sie morgen vielleicht besser schmecken? Einlegen?
In Rezepten hört man sowas ja oft, nur hat man da selten die Motivation zu, jetzt hatte ich ersteres aber kein Rezept-

Just to clarify: As in the picture, raw potatoes cannot be kept. They’re gonna be black, so bad. If they are completely covered by normal water, this is prevented. This has nothing to do with or to improve taste!
I can imagine whether the rotting process can be stopped with (pronounced) oil, but I don’t know why I should drown the potatoes in expensive oil. I would store them in water and dry them before preparation and then season.
