Karies trotz guter Mundhygiene?
Hallo,
LG
Just because you brush your teeth doesn’t mean you do this right.
I would definitely get a second opinion.

Get a second opinion with another dentist.
He also wanted to make two dates
In 1.5 years, caries may have developed from discoloration. Especially as you say, only superficial. Or do you doubt the diagnosis?
It’s not great, of course, but it’s not a world fall. 6 fillings with 20 would not be described as very bad teeth. Maybe something more than the statistical average, but certainly not unusual. At my age it was much more, what had been done with my teeth.
Did he check with a check if it is actually caries? I had quite dark places, of which a dentist said it was caries to check it.
I do not believe in all teeth, but I do not know
I would pay attention to this and not have any treatment beforehand. I’d also get a second opinion.
Because 2-3 times can be too much and if you bite shortly before or after, this is counterproductive. My dentist said: 1 times a day is enough but 30 minutes before and after that nothing eats or drinks. So that the enamel can recover.
I can at least calm you down to the extent that the tendency to caries can also be inherited.
So if there is a genetic disposition on your part, you can brush your teeth as often as you want, you will still get holes in it.
