Can something happen if you eat a gluten-containing diet several times despite having celiac disease (but you don't notice anything)?

Unfortunately, it was a bit tempting recently when I was somewhere else. Now I'm worried about whether I can still turn things around.

You can certainly still turn the leaf, but in principle, with a celiac disease, you have to No exceptions allowed! You should note that in the future.

Symptoms of a celiac disease are not only timely gastrointestinal complaints after gluten consumption. Damages occur quietly and unnoticed. A strict gluten-free diet is therapy. Try to keep them.

Celiac disease is manifested by glanding that hinders breathing.

If you don’t notice anything yet, you’re probably under the tolerance threshold from which your body reacts. Perhaps the stressing factors are already accumulating unnoticed, as is the case with silent inflammatory: You will not be acute until more dietary errors happen. Don’t let it go!

A friend once told me that she only eats a bread for breakfast, but for the rest of the day she does not have gluten; that’s how it started to breathe well at night. The border is individual!

I know the lung-cleaning effect of these means you can use daily, also prevent:

In particular, pay attention to drinking enough (water, unsweetened herbal tea), eating vitamin C-containing and always taking lysine (amino acid) that is not so easily available to vegans. Reduce: milk and milk products, hidden gluten in preparations.

It’d be nice to keep you informed.
