I want to connect my PS4 to Wi-Fi, but I have to enter my password. A keyboard appears on the screen, but I can't type anything. The sensor (the circle) and the input always stay on the letter g. The touchpad doesn't work either, nor does the directional pad. Everything keeps reverting back to g. What can I do?
