Can you transfer RTL+ from mobile to TV?

type in the show you want to see simply on the Cast icon to stream it on your TV device. Please note that the latest version of the RTL+ app and the Google Home app must be installed. In addition, your mobile device as well as the Chromecast must be logged in to the same WLAN.

I have described above I stream my phone with the TV but it does not play on the TV from see picture it shows advertisements that do not come and load.
