Can't write anymore?
Hi ^^
I write books as a hobby, but I haven't finished one yet.
I started a book over a year ago, but then stopped.
A week ago I dared to continue writing again.
But I stopped after one sentence because I couldn't think of anything.
Usually when I write I get really engrossed and can't stop because so many words slip through my fingers.
Tried again today.
This time I only wrote one sentence because I couldn't think of anything and then I didn't feel like it anymore.
Can you please help me?
Then write stories and make exercises. Your book won’t run away, and it’s not mature yet.
Thank you for your answer
I also like to write stories and can give you advice. If you have a blockade and don’t know any more, maybe start again with a short story as a little restart. You may then draw creativity and motivation for continuing your book. Good luck and good luck 🙂
You might want to make a plan where your story is to go. How should it end, how should it be the message that the reader takes? Also, a fabric collector is always useful. Sometimes you have small incidents, experiences… where you think; he, that could be in there… all that UFFS. In the meantime, you can pick up an element like this and expand it. Ideally, one has at the end a whole kit, which you can always use again when you go to the “big whole”. I’ve recently built whole short stories, poems, etc., which originally had nothing to do with the actual book…
get creative, think nh story, work it out, and it gets incredibly easy
Record blockade. Maybe you’re just too stressed right now. It’s best to start again when you want to. Until then, you could look for ideas by trying out new things.
You need a muse!
But should this be a little consolation to you… when I read your question, I only thought of something else, and I hadn’t even written with my hand for years and could not write at first! *laugh*
