What do you mean with speech output and not so expensive? Some would consider 200 as cheap, others would prefer to spend a maximum of 80€.

Since professional headphones start from 300€, I can recommend the range of 100 – 150€ from my experience for headphones with very good price-performance ratio.

Since In Ear and Over Ear are completely different again, I can only speak with Over Ear from my experience.

If you want to hear language clearly and clearly, studio headphones would make sense, which many see as “analytical” for music as they sound not bass-loaded but very clear but neutral.

One example would be Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro (32 ohm for mobile devices, 80 ohm for laptop and higher only for Hifi systems). This is a closed over Ear headphone with very professional sound playback.

As an alternative to open headphones, the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Edition (32 Ohm) are open headphones, which means that you hear the outside world a little while and the people around you also hear something more you hear. For this they sound even more spatial and particularly harmonious and as if they were surrounded by the ear. And they sit particularly soft and pleasant for hours of wear.

My personal recommendation: Sennheiser HD 599, also open over Ear headphones with excellent balanced sound while still good playback even in the deep bass area. This also makes my music more enjoyable, even if you have to turn down a lot on the bus so that you cannot listen to your own music. But is perfect for home entertainment and for speech playback.
