Ja überleg ein Haus zu kaufen, ca. 100qm Wohnfläche. Ist kein Neubau & wollte halt hauptsächlich auf Feuer und Diebstahl eine Versicherung abschließen. Ist kein Überschwemmungs Risiko.

Gebäudeversichungen sind von der Gebäudegröße und von Risikoindex anhängig und liegen so bei einigen wenigen hundert Euro pro Jahr für eine Einfamilienhaus im Nicht-Überschwemmungsgebiet.
Pro jahr? Dachte immer man zahlt mntl. 200€ oder so
