Kann mir jemand ein Rezept für Haferflocken Müsli geben mit Beeren zum Gewicht halten weiß nicht wie man das macht und wieviel Haferflocken ich brauche?

I make myself every day for Breakfast break a treat. How much calories I don’t know, I keep my weight anyway, as it makes for a while and my sugar requirement is also covered.

oats (approx. 3 EL) in Fruit juice to be swelled. If you get fat, go:

  • Lein seeds whole – sometimes ground (about 1 TL)
  • 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • Fruit of your choice: e.g. apple, blueberries, cherries in the glass or. Applesine
  • Sweet of your choice: honey, maple syrup, agave juice
  • Delicious choice: e.g. toasted cookies, coconut rasp
  • Unnecessary .-) : Ice of your choice
  • at the end: milk on top is not too dry.

Stir, taste. Must have some liquid consistency for me.

50g oatmeal

150 ml Soy milk

150 ml of water

Cook (5 min)

+ 10g add chia seeds (after cooking)

As topping:

6-8 raspberries

15-20 blueberries

Half Kiwi

Sweet honey

Calories:

277 kcal

100gr oat flakes have 360 kcal as all carbohydrates.
