Switch position 0 all pears are made from

Switch position 1 only bulbs L2 L3 light but not as bright as you need to share the voltage

Switch position 2 only lights bulb L 1 with maximum brightness.

Switch position 0:

The current through L1 flows further to L2 and L3 and back to the voltage source

Full brightness at 6 volts

0:

Voltage divider rule:

U1 = 6V * r/(r + r*r/(r+r)) = 4V… brightness two-thirds

U2 = U3 = 2V…… brightness one third

1:

U1 = 0V…. dark

U2 = U3 = 6V….. full brightness

2:

U1 = 6V

U2 =U3 =V

1: L2 and L3 get full voltage, i.e. 100% brightness, L1 is dark

“Can anyone explain this job in my homework and what is desired, so the solution?”

Sorry, but these are two fundamentally different facts.
