Weight after adjustment = 60 * 0.9 * 0.82 * 180g

If you reckon correctly, it should be about 7.97 kg.

You need to add them to the 10.8 kilos and not take them off. It’s more than in the beginning.

Of course, this is also different (and even easier). Instead of S, you can deduct the 10 and 18 percent that also add on the other side:

S = 10.8 kg * 1.1 * 1.18

It is also different, but this is the easiest and also the best way.

More detailed makes no sense and is simply cumbersome.

So you want to know how much kilos of pork you need to get after the 10% and then 18% the 10.8 kg (60* 180g).
So it applies:

S * 0.9 * 0.82 = 10.8kg

(S = the amount of pork before the withdrawal of 10 and 18 percent)

You can change this to S:

S = 10.8kg: 0.9 : 0.82 ≅ 14.6kg

Sure.

PS: If you take 0.9, it’s the same as 10% off. Just like the 0.82.

I am doof. 60 * 180g = 0.9 * 0.82 * Start weight. If you change after the starting weight, you should get your 14.6 kg.
