Can my family doctor recommend a therapist to me?

I'm having extreme panic attacks and would like to finally talk to a professional about it and get help. Should I see my family doctor first? If so, should I explain what's going on or just ask for a therapist?

Once independent of this: PA can sometimes be relieved by tapping technology and progressive muscle relaxation.

because you’re going to make a bank transfer, you’ll have to pick it up. Without having seen you crying, it’ll be nix with the bank transfer – I’ll guess.

But I don’t know your pediatrician and how he handles this. You have to ask.

You can choose therapists yourself, is better – listen to who is halfway good for you.

Theoretically, but I’d be new to the lists. Actually, a pediatrician doesn’t bring anything unless you want a referral to a psychiatrist.

Search for therapists online. This brings much more, because in the end you have to do anyway. There are often certain sites from the cities where you can filter therapists.

Such a transfer is quite useless. You get an appointment quickly, but often the harmony is not true.

I’d have a detailed conversation with the doctor. He can help you with a therapist.
