You can. What it costs depends on the conditions of the respective savings bank (there are around 360 different).

Fees are very high. It will also depend on how much you’re transferring.

I spend more often money in the Philippines and usually use these online service providers

  • Wise
  • Remitly
  • Rewire

Then check which are the cheapest and then take it.

However, you have to register and run ID beforehand (I think goes online with everyone now), then you can transfer relatively cheaply worldwide. You can make bank transfers or pay out cash via various providers.
