But it is not recommended – if it comes to the account immediately, even after being over 18. It’s not really the smartest idea… Handling more about someone legally than consciously ignore the AGB ́s!

No. Unless you falsify your age what you can lead to a permanent blocking at Pay Pal.

According to their terms and conditions, it is only allowed from 18 onwards.
