1. Mix yoghurt, mais and tuna

Two. Ketchup with tuna

3. Approx. 4 slices toastbrot toasten, spread tuna evenly on it, ketchup on it or any sauce. To put half a slice of cheese on it (about a total of 2 slices, but it also brings fat with it :D) and then eat 😉

One of my favorite foods is, “Tunfisch-Mais noodles”. For this you simply have to cook your noodles and then mix a can of corn,1-2 cans of tuna and two cups of herbs cream fraîche. I then season it all with salt, pepper and some nutmeg and finished.

Sounds strange but tastes really good.

In general, you should not eat so much tuna because of heavy metal pollution.

Eat poultry, eggs, milk products or legumes.
