Actually, you shouldn’t make exceptions as a celiac.

In principle, such a tin plate could also be made gluten-free.

Problem is that Pommes are occasionally “panted” that can contain tin flour. Ingredients in sauces can contain gluten and there can be kitchen contaminants.

If you don’t find a diner shop that offers gluten-free (it seems to give), you could prepare it at home.

I would leave the bread better.

Depends on how painful your symptoms are in the end… and whether you want to buy them.

That’s not the same for all.. You know yourself best..

You can eat a gluten-free diner dish (without bread). It is only necessary to ensure that no gluten-containing ingredients are used (e.g. seasoned meat skewers). Pommes fries may also be gluten-free unless they have been prepared in the same frying oil as gluten-containing foods.

The most important thing is that you ask for a Döner-Metzer and pay attention to the gluten-free marking.

I wouldn’t do it because you’ll get complaints again.
