Have you tried all kinds of bread? Germany is world champion. (All of course is exaggerated, I mean: many.) Buy bread from different sources. Maybe it’s one of them that tastes you.

Or you’re on cereal flakes. It’s not the same. keyword: phytic acid.

For the first time, you should find out what your problem is with bread. Is it all bread? Is it taste, optics, consistency? As soon as you understand why you don’t like bread, you can start to defy these reasons. You may not have the ideal B for youred sort found.

But you asked for tips to eat bread.

You missed telling us what you don’t like about bread. Good advice is expensive…
