Let's say I have a startup and an investor invests $10,000 for 10% of the company's shares. Can I get rid of them after a few years by paying them off somehow? Or can they keep the shares forever, leaving the company powerless?

Oft ist es so, dass nach z.B. 7 Jahren die Anteile an einen anderen Investor weiterverkauft werden mit z.b. 10x Gewinn
