You don’t have to use oil in a good pan. If I do scrambled eggs, omelet or something, I also have no oil in the pan or a maximum of half to a whole teaspoon. That’s what it was, and most of the things should get a bit of oil in the airfryer (only you use less or about a teaspoon)

You can easily make both in a good coated pan and a well-baked cast iron or forging iron without a drop of oil – it is recommended to have an omelette-like stirrer. So a coherent lapping agitator, not a delicate fluffy one is constantly retouched.

You can prepare the latter without oil over a water bath. Ggf with a very small bit of water, milk or Schmand. 10% water 20% milk 40% disguise…. the richer the more is possible before the egg breaks if you overheat it.
