Hallo hab mir vor ein paar Tagen Rohmilch bei der Milchtankstelle gekauft die Bauerin sagte sie würde seid 5 Jahren Rohmilch trinken und tut sie nie ab kochen und ich kann sie auch roh drinken hab das erste mal probiert es war lecker so trinkte ich sie seid ein paar Tagen ohne ab zu Kuchen…
Immer wenn ich Wasser trinke kriege ich nur um die 2 Schlücke runter, alles danach ist ein Kampf. Generell schaffe meistens nur mindestens 0,5 l bis 1,5 l am Tag runter.
