Can you still eat pasta that has fallen onto the stovetop?

I wanted to heat my sourdough starter in the oven a bit so the yeast would multiply better. Unfortunately, I completely forgot, and now it's almost baked. It tastes quite sour, but it's edible. Do you think I can eat it without any problems now, though not all at once, of course. Best regards
