Can you file a complaint for assault after years (with photographic evidence)?
Hello, I wanted to know if you can still file a complaint for physical assault if it happened a few years ago, or if it went on for years (now ex-boyfriend).
We were together for seven years, and after about a year, the physical and psychological abuse began. I started taking photos of my injuries, thinking I would go to the police. Unfortunately, I was never able to overcome it and continued to put up with it for years. Now I realize how much it destroyed me.
Thanks for the help.
There might be a stony way I wouldn’t do to myself.
Because after such a long time, everything would be rolled up again and it would be sure to say.
Questions will come as to why you didn’t show up at that time and only come after so long. With photos that could also be bruises of sports, household.
If you show this immediately, you also have witnesses, though not directly. But neighbors are already getting this on the edge when they’re getting loud in a household. Maybe the next morning with a blue eye or sunglasses.
́seasy body injuries after three years, a severe body injury or a sexual abuse of unborn after five years, a rape after ten years. ♪
these are the ageing times and even if you have to give a very good reason why you’re only bringing this up so late
Yes, if the offense has not yet expired (i.e. at most five years ago).

I think that’s more trouble for you than for the showman. This should always be done instantly for evidence.
But, of course, if it calms you or you think you have to do it, do it. Or be happy that it’s not like that anymore.
Can do just nix. Is most likely guaranteed
