Can someone tell me if my payslip is correct?
I'm a little confused. In the initial draft of my payroll, my employer included an hourly base wage of €24.50. But since our contract states 30.- NET hourly wage, I was unsure and asked. Now I got this: Is this correct? Shouldn't the base be 30, since my salary was stated as net? Can someone…

Small business alongside training?
Hello, I'm currently completing an apprenticeship and have also registered a small business on the side. It says online that I can only generate a maximum of €22,000 in sales without paying taxes. What if I also receive a trainee salary? Does the €22,000 only apply to the income from the small business? So, can…
Hello,
The termination of the trial period is not a sound argument for an increase in salary – at least for the employer. Whoever wants to get more money or thinks his salary would be unreasonably low, can possibly raise a salary after a trial period!
Can you do it? Yes
Does it make sense? No (lesser than that), but if you want to eat a try worth:-)
Greetings Daniel
Yeah.
You can also do it during the trial period.
Think about what you say.
If you say, can I get a raise? Like a stumbling, your counterpart always wonders what he has.
You have to pack it like this: “I think I’m doing very good work for your company. I would like to get more responsibility overwritten with an associated pay increase”
You’re self-determined, he has something about it and you too. Sure, you don’t have more money for the same performance, but you can zb more desire for the next position than it would be common. Then you won.
Who asks “I’m gonna get a raise” won’t get anything, and the boss laughs with his family about you when he eats dinner.
You can even ask for an increase in salary during the trial period and ask for it. I don’t know how in the world of work – and that’s what you read here in the answers – the myth has set that you can hold your feet as close as possible in the trial period and hope to be taken over and that a question of more money would be like an immediate rush.
There is a lack of labour everywhere, especially skilled workers and companies should offer good wages by themselves, so you don’t have to ask for more money. Well, you know your value and ask for it, or you’ll be arsoned.
So do I. See my answer. I think you and I wrote something good.
You can, you should (usually) but rather not.
We have not yet provided enough services to ask for an increase, but only to see if you fit the company.
But, of course, there are exceptions if you’ve been overarching.
No, I wouldn’t.
I would ask for 2 years at the earliest in very good circumstances after 18 months or 1.5 years.
Questions cost nix, that always goes.
When a reasonable time is depends on the company. We find wage adjustments only 1x a year instead of & the best time to ask for it is before December (after you have to wait 1 year again).
This can be different in your company. Ask colleagues how they did this.
Yes, you can
You can.
You shouldn’t be realistic about what to get
If you think you’re good at being…
