Can you use N26 or Revolut under 18?

I'm turning 17 and I'm with a savings bank and have online banking, but I'd like to have a second account somewhere for security reasons, so I don't have to enter my main account details online. So I can transfer money from my main account to another account and then use that account to make secure online payments. I've been looking for banks online and often see N26 and Revolut, but I'm wondering if I can register there under 18.
