Kann man mit Periode schwimmen gehen?

Hi Girls,

LG

Hi dear questioner 🙂

When you go swimming during the days, it often leads to a somewhat mulsifying feeling that is quite normal. But in general it is naturally possible and should not be an obstacle for you to go swimming. You should note that swimming during the period does not lead to any embarrassing moment:

Tip 1:

The shortness of the tampon can be easily shortened with a scissors and so well within the bikini pouch or Place a swimsuit. But don’t shorten too much, otherwise you might not get the tampon right out. Alternatively, you can also hide the cord between your labia.

Tip 2:

Do not wear white or bright bikini or bikini on this day. Bathing suit. Sure is safe! If you still feel insecure, you can wear a swim short on your bikini pouch. I’m sure you’ve seen more often in some girls in the swimming pool. But just wear the bathing clothes you feel most comfortable in.

Tip 3:

Take a few tampons to trade with and change them if you’re after. Just go to the toilet and check if your tampon is full and needs to be swapped. Mostly at a distance of two to three hours.

After swimming, I would definitely recommend changing the tampon, simply for the reason that it will mostly be fully absorbed. It will be a mixture of blood and a little water. But in any case, this will not be fully absorbed with water. This is just too far in your vagina. So you don’t have to worry about it 🙂

Alternatively to a tampon, you could also use a menstruation cup. Of course, that’s what’s going on if you don’t have to deal with tampons.

Don’t let the fun swim away from your days. It’s normal if you have a somewhat sympathetic feeling at the beginning, but you’ll see after a short time that it won’t be a problem at all 🙂

I hope I could help you a bit and wish you all the best! If you have any questions or need help, you can send me a friend request at any time and send me a personal message 🙂

Love

Hello

Yes, swimming with tampons is safe and make very many. There are also tampons that are made extra for swimming, but it does not differ much to normal tampons so you can also go swimming with the commerce’s usual tampons.

Alternatively, you can also use soft tampons, menstruation steps, mantruation discs and menstruation sponges for swimming.

I hope I could help you 🙃

Good luck 🍀

It’s easy, just make sure it’s right. You realize that you don’t feel the O.B. anymore as soon as you have introduced it.

Have fun!

Sure, these are almost all ladies for decades. But she needs swimming for the police?

I already suspected…

Just what you’re talking about needs something completely different than a swimming pool.

We actually had swimming lessons in the GDR in the third. Only in a place with 5 forest lakes that were with the wheel max, 20 min away you could swim. That was 40min bus and return plus transfer and time in the water.

So they gave it to us as a sports class at a lake. Of course with the consent of parents. However, they are significantly larger than a swimming pool sometimes quickly to the left or right….

You get me wrong. She needs the sports badge without question. I want to say who expects what has been done in the swimming pool (even if there are values that are significantly more than necessary for the sports badge) also in use in the outdoor water has drunk.

Hello

You can go swimming with Tampon easily. You don’t need to be afraid. When you get out of the water Tampon change, or at least control the panties. The retrieval bow always stow well between the labia so that it does not hang out from the panties. When the tampon sits properly, it doesn’t suck with water full.
