hab mich mit ner Freundin zum schwimmen verabredet, weil sie das für die Polizei braucht. Hab aber meine Periode bekommen und kann nicht absagen. Geht das, wenn man mit Tampon schwimmen geht, also ist das sicher oder muss ich Angst haben, dann man was sieht oder so? LG

Tip 1:

Hey many thanks for your great detailed answer. I only read it after. I pulled a shorts over the bikini and it was luckily enough to change the tampon only once. Use it only when my period is strong or I do a lot of sports. Everything was fine. Thanks again
