Wenn ich zum Beispiel einen Tanzschritt nachmachen soll dann kriege ich das einfach nicht hin. Das heißt ich kann meinen Körper nicht so bewegen wie man es mir beispielsweise vormacht. With the right treatment, people with HIV or hepatitis B can live and become old. So a safe death sentence is not, no. Regular medical care and therapy are still crucial to avoid complications and to maintain health.

With appropriate medical care and cooperation there is nothing in the way of a fulfilled life. If you get 80 is another thing. But this is not going to be everyone in general.
