LG
With cardiac pacemaker you won’t get a medical certificate for flying. You need this at the latest when the practical flight hours begin. So I’m sorry, pilot, I guess you won’t be in this life anymore.
Even otherwise, rescue service will be nothing if you can only raise limited weights. Just like an emergency backpack, EKG/Defi or respiration device can be heavier than 10 kg and guess what job description it belongs to to carry the patients (which also weigh >100 kg) down the stairs from the OG.
I’m so sorry, but with a pacemaker you don’t get a release for the flight rescue. Even a pilot certificate is thus excluded in any way.
Ok thanks
I’m really sorry to tell you nothing else, but you need a 100% deafness and you have a heart disease that a pacemaker does not require anymore. What is always free for you, of course, is the way to the emergency suitor, you also have a lot of possibilities. It is important to clarify in advance how strong you are physically resilient.
Thank you very much
Very happy! I wish you all the best for the future and that you will find a profession that you can do with joy and passion!
Unfortunately, I thought that was possible with the restriction, a pity. Thanks for your detailed feedback 👍🏻🥺
I’m sorry to destroy your dream directly, yes, they’re much heavier and only the fact that you’ve got to grow down tight stairs with a towel, speak absolutely against it. I’m so sorry, but you’re not allowed to work in emergency medicine and or care.
Thank you, I thought so. Yes, the problem is that I can never wear more than 5 to 10 kg and as an emergency suitor the backpacks and the carrying chair, for example, would be heavier or?
As a rule, the suitability for flight must be denied with pacemakers.
Ok thanks
A pacemaker is a reason to reject you, so you won’t be a pilot. You pose a danger to aviation with the pacemaker.
No.
