Kann man mit einer Laktose- Intoleranz Speiseeis essen?

Also was man so kennt, Langnese, Schöller, Tüteneis oder kommt dann nur noch Wassereis in Frage?

Ready ice cream is already a little problematic. However, in many supermarkets there are now certainly lactose-free or vegan (so milk-free) variants. Look around. Sorbet is also produced without milk products.

There are now many vegan/lactose-free variants. Fruit ice cream/sorbet also does not contain milk products.

Hello,

there are also lactose-free or vegan variants. So you don’t have to miss.

Most of them aren’t going…

Sorbet usually goes. Dark chocolate is also usually compatible. Otherwise ask in the ice cream parlour, most of them have lactose-free varieties. In the store, it might be on it.
